1. Because not many of the clubs have yet registered for their
participation in District Sports, we've extended the final deadline of
registration 23rd Feb. 12’.
2. Also keeping in account the possible
inconvenience for the clubs from outside the valley, we've rescheduled
the event dates to 8th, 9th & 10th of March which happens to be
public holidays.
3. As most of the clubs don’t have sufficient
players for football, We have decided to host the matches in ‘8 on 8’
format. Each team would include 12 players. Registration charge per
club/ flat rate would be Rs 1,200/-
4. Also twin clubs could merge
and participate in the games. This way the awards won would also be
shared by the clubs. This however won’t be possible for other clubs rather than twins as it would create a lot of confusions.
5. The final venues for the games will be as follows:
Football-Madan Smarak School, Pulchowk
Basketball-Tri Padma School,Pulchowk
Table tennis & Badminton-Patan High School, Patna Dhoka
(In case of any situational complexity, all games will be played at Laboratory School)
